- Design and optimize sales compensation plans for Account Executives, Sales Engineers, BDRs, and more.
- Implement, update, and administer compensation plans in the sales compensation tool.
- Maintain sales policy and align with finance, legal, operations, HR, and sales teams.
- Build reporting and analytics infrastructure to share compensation trends with leadership and flag opportunity areas.
- Some experience in sales compensation plus 2‑4 years in revenue operations, sales operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
- Familiarity with sales compensation tools, Salesforce, and Google Sheets.
- A detail‑oriented, methodical, process‑driven mindset focused on accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive mindset to navigate ambiguity, drive initiatives, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, distilling complex ideas into actionable recommendations for executives.
- SQL experience.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Previous startup or operational experience (0‑1 years).
