We are on the hunt for a Director of Business Development to fuel our new logo acquisition, targeting small yet potent deals vital for our revenue ascent.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Sales Growth:
    You're a hunter: proactively identify and engage with small to midsize business prospects, leveraging market insights and industry networks to uncover opportunities and drive new deal acquisition.
  • Meet aggressive sales growth targets through reliable pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Employ a consultative solution‑selling approach to address complex client challenges, driving mutually beneficial business outcomes.
Relationship Management:
  • Expertise in cultivating and maintaining relationships with decision‑makers within client organizations, including C‑level executives, to secure new business and maximize the value delivered by CSV Now’s services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business drivers, organizational imperatives, and customer experience challenges.
Sales Execution:
  • Support all stages of the sales process, maintaining sales control and guiding internal teams to collaborate and rally around the development of innovative solutions.
  • Ensure smooth transition of client wins into implementation and operations, acting as a steward for good business and nurturing the client relationship through flawless execution.
Market & Product Understanding:
  • Possess an in‑depth understanding of CSV Now’s services and differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Maintain competitive knowledge and focus, continuously growing and developing professionally.
Reporting and Communication:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Deliver effective proposals and presentations to decision‑makers, articulating CSV Now’s value proposition.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience leading consultative sales cycles to enterprise and high‑growth companies, with a focus on BPO solutions.
  • Proven ability to initiate, develop, and grow C‑level and senior relationships within target client organizations, influencing purchase and buying decisions.
  • Experience selling complex hybrid CX solutions in the outsourcing marketplace.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for revolutionary technological solutions.
  • Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success.
  • Excellent team and relationship building, sales, customer service, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in sales rep KPIs/conversion metrics and the use of CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a results‑driven approach and a commitment to exceeding department metrics/measures.
