Position: Sales Account Manager - Club (Bay Area)

Territory Sales Manager – Club (Bay Area)

Field-based role |
Candidate needs to reside in or near San Francisco

Base Salary: $85,000 + Commissions | First-Year OTE: $150k-170k

Are you passionate about wellness, fitness, and building strong client relationships? Our client, a global leader in innovative fitness equipment and wellness solutions, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to grow and support key relationships across healthcare, corporate wellness, and sports performance facilities.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of new business development. You’ll work closely with decision‑makers at physical therapy clinics, rehabilitation centers, corporate gyms, universities, and pro sports organizations to deliver integrated wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Achieving local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets
  • Managing existing client relationships and expanding market share
  • Developing new business opportunities within your territory
  • Conducting customer visits and solution‑based consultations
  • Utilizing CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipeline and activities
  • Providing real‑time feedback on market trends and customer needs
What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who embodies the fitness lifestyle and thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused sales environment.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B outside sales
  • Background in Health, Exercise, or Business Administration (degree preferred)
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing complex deals and solution‑based sales
  • CRM proficiency;
    Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Passionate, proactive, and ethical mindset
