- Have proven experience in a complex sale
- Upwards of 15 different call points within focus accounts:
- Willing to work with surgeon end user but also internal referring physicians
- OR based selling, procedure is performed in the MRI, office based selling to broader care team
- Travel as needed to drive utilization at existing accounts is the purpose of the role
Detail Oriented
- Tactical business plans for focus accounts updated quarterly
- Focus Account activity expected to be updated in Salesforce
- Experience with peer to peer selling
- Expect consultant list to be used to advance LITT adoption in focus accounts
- Challenger Sale mentality/ willing to push for change in standard of care (Craniotomy is our main competition not competitive LITT companies)
Experience selling clinically
- 11 Clinical briefs commonly used with physicians to push evidence based medicine
