What You’ll Be Working OnComms strategy — brief, relevant, consistent, compelling; keeping pace with how people actually communicate
Comms architecture — how our employee portal, knowledge repository, and Slack channels work together (and enabling employees on how to use them)
Content creation — internal and social, in partnership with execs across the business
Content management — organized, accessible, up-to-date
HR comms — clear, helpful messaging for major people initiatives
Change management — comms leadership when the org or the work shifts
Internal comms playbook — extending the team's reach so all leaders can communicate well
Speaker series — internal and external programming featuring Crusoe thought leaders
Physical space messaging — making sure our employer brand is expressed in our spaces
Employee feedback — easy-to-use mechanisms for hearing from the whole company
Surveys and metrics — measuring not just output but outcome; improving engagement scores on comms effectiveness
Annual leadership summit planning team — the ultimate opportunity for strategic alignment and communication of our high-performance culture
Clear, brief, differentiated writing — full stop
The ability to make complex technical topics engaging and relevant
A genuine passion for how communications build culture
Expertise in change management
An eye for detail — you catch the typo and care about the look and feel
Fluency with Slack, Google Workspace, Confluence, and project management tools
Comfort using AI in your daily work — and genuine curiosity about where we can go with it
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Influence across the business, confident collaborating at every level

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $159,000 - $193,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
