We’re hiring a Sales Representative to grow our Health Benefits portfolio in the San Francisco market, with a focus on employers subject to the Health Care Security Ordinance (HCSO).
In this role, you’ll partner with local businesses to deliver compliant, cost-effective health benefit solutions. You’ll educate employers on HCSO requirements, identify coverage gaps, and close new business while building long‑term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and develop new business across San Francisco.
- Advise employers on HCSO compliance and benefit strategies.
- Present tailored health benefit solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (benefits or insurance preferred).
- Knowledge of HCSO or willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
- Self‑starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
