Sr. Account Manager, ISV Private Equity Sales

Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager to drive business growth for AWS and our ISV partners. The role focuses on selling to strategic, private equity backed ISVs and deepening relationships with our hottest ISV customers.

The Sr. Account Manager will develop and execute long‑term growth strategies and manage day‑to‑day execution to expand our ISV customer base.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with all levels of the customer’s organization, from C‑Level executives to engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales teams.
• Build strong relationships across an account using creative systems thinking, visioning, and collaborative execution.
• Drive new service adoption and new line‑of‑business development.
• Coordinate with AWS resources (executives, partner, support, solution architect) to advocate for the customers in alignment with AWS business needs.
• Maintain dotted‑line partnership and technical collaboration responsibilities.

• 7+ years of technology sales experience selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, managed hosting services, or cloud computing services.

• Experience with AWS technologies.
• Experience with Private Equity.

• Base salary range: $157,100 – $212,600 (San Francisco, CA)
• Base salary range: $142,800 – $193,200 (Boston, MA; Austin, TX; Arlington, VA; Bellevue, WA)
• Additional compensation includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives.
