Business Operations Associate

We are looking for a Biz Ops Associate to evangelize our service and streamline on-boarding. This is full-time role with salary, equity, and health benefits!

Do you get energized meeting new people and by selling a product you believe in? Whether it’s running in-person tours or matching potential housemates; you’ll be on the front lines enabling every day people to get access to attractive AND affordable housing.

Your Role:

• Conduct tours daily, both in-person and virtually
• Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email
• Set up and host community events
• Resolve or exceed customer concerns to the proper channel

Your

Skills:

• Extroverted: energized by meeting new people with a tendency to over-communicate and organized to the point of being considered OCD
• Intrinsically motivated to improve processes and to learn
• Spreadsheet capable
• Ability to quickly learn new systems
• Can assist in generating new and more efficient processes
• Strong writer and proficiency with other common languages a plus

Experience:

• 2-4 years of sales or customer service experience
• 1-2 years in an analytical role such as consulting, banking, marketing or analytics
• Bonus if you are an SF native
