Outside Sales Rep- Personal Injury Medical Services

Position Overview

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, strengthening existing relationships, and driving referral volume from legal channels. This role requires in-person visits, presentations, and consistent territory management, with an emphasis on building trust and positioning our services as the go-to solution for PI clients in need of diagnostic care.

• Develop and execute a targeted sales plan to grow referral volume from attorneys in the personal injury space.
• Conduct in-person visits to law firms.
• Present our services and educate potential partners on lien-based care, case coordination, and patient convenience options (mobile clinics, telehealth, transportation, weekend hours).
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted resource for their PI case medical needs.
• Maintain a consistent call schedule and track all sales activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new referral sources.
• Attend networking events, legal/medical conferences, and community functions to expand brand presence.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
