Account Executive

What you'd be doing

  • Own the full sales cycle - prospecting through close
  • Sell to founders, Heads of Talent, VPs of Sales, or other senior buyers
  • Run outbound hard. Phones, email, in-person, conferences - whatever it takes
  • Build the playbook, don't just run it. Shape pricing, positioning, and process
  • Work in a high-trust, low-bureaucracy environment where what you close in the next 12 months actually matters

Who we're looking for

  • You hear "no" and figure out what "yes" sounds like
  • You're genuinely curious about how businesses work and why people buy
  • You hold yourself to a higher standard than any manager could
  • You'd rather build from scratch than inherit something comfortable
  • You learn fast, take feedback without ego, and get better every week
