About the Role

A fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed voice AI startup is hiring its first sales hire — a Founding BDR who will own pipeline development, shape the sales playbook, and build the early go-to-market engine from the ground up. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role at the intersection of sales and product-market fit, ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments.

The company builds AI voice agents that automate outbound sales and customer service for B2C businesses across sectors like energy, real estate, home services, and medical products. Backed by top-tier investors and already generating strong customer traction, the team is ready to scale revenue significantly over the next year.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate qualified pipeline to drive substantial revenue growth over the next 12 months.

  • Identify and engage the right prospects across target industries.

  • Drive multi-channel outreach including email, Linked In, and phone.

  • Build and manage relationships with prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle.

  • Own CRM hygiene and pipeline management.

  • Shape the GTM motion — build a repeatable sales process and continuously refine outreach strategies.

What We’re Looking For
  • Required: Prior experience in a Sales or Business Development role — this is a deal breaker.

  • Experience operating in an early-stage startup or similarly fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated track record of generating qualified pipeline and contributing to revenue growth.

  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel outreach and CRM tooling.

  • Strong business acumen — ability to understand and articulate customer problems and needs.

  • Consistently exceeded targets or KPIs in previous roles.

  • Strong communicator in both English and German

  • Hands-on attitude — comfortable doing unglamorous work to move the needle.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 USD annually

Location

This role is based on-site in Berlin, Germany
, five days per week. Remote work is not available for this position.
