One of the key market sectors for our San Francisco Office is Healthcare. Our projects range from small make-ready projects to MOBs to new hospital towers and we cover both the public and private sectors. The primary objective for the Healthcare Preconstruction Director is to lead and manage the process and resources that provide quality pre-construction services for our healthcare projects, to both internal and external clients, and review the progress of existing projects to ensure their completion within the parameters of the established project budget.
The Healthcare Precon Director will drive complex IFOA/IPD or Design/Build healthcare projects during the preconstruction phase and will be both internal and client facing. Healthcare Precon Director will also be responsible for leading the preconstruction and estimating components of healthcare pursuits, which often include expertise in conceptual estimating during early phases of Projects

Required Qualifications:

* + 12+ years full time relevant industry experience
+ 10+ years demonstrated experience with commercial construction estimating and estimating software solutions
+ 5+ years of experience managing preconstruction for HCAI/OSHPD ground-up hospital projects
+ 5+ years of experience creating GMP contracts
+ 5+ years of experience in Northern California with strong relationships in the Subcontractor marketplace
+ Bachelor's Degree - Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent/applicable degree; or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.
