Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to join a healthcare organization in San Francisco, California on a Contract basis. This onsite opportunity is designed to provide short-term coverage for a vacant role while supporting daily sales operations in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment. The position works closely with sales leadership and plays an important part in coordinating outreach, visitor scheduling, and administrative support.

Candidates who communicate confidently, stay organized under pressure, and deliver strong client-facing service will be well suited for this assignment.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and site visits for sales leadership while helping maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients and partners.

- Prepare and organize admissions documents, marketing packets, printed collateral, and outgoing correspondence to support day-to-day sales activity.

- Assist with presentations, events, and community engagement efforts by managing logistics, materials, and communication with participants.

- Support move-in coordination by tracking timelines, confirming required details, and helping ensure a smooth experience for incoming residents and families.

- Maintain accurate sales-related records, updates, and activity tracking to help the team stay informed and organized.

- Provide administrative and operational assistance to sales and marketing leadership, adjusting priorities as business needs shift.

- Respond effectively to inquiries and interact well with employees, visitors, and senior leaders across the organization.

- Contribute to broader sales support tasks as needed to help maintain continuity during this contract coverage period.

* Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in sales support, sales administration, or a similar customer-facing coordination role.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach suited to front-desk and leadership-facing interaction.

- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including calendar management and scheduling across multiple priorities.

- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to prepare documents, correspondence, and presentation materials.

- Proven ability to manage several tasks at once while staying organized in a high-activity environment.

- Comfortable working closely with direction from leadership while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

- Background in inside sales, direct sales, inbound sales, outbound sales, or related sales functions is preferred.
