Build territory from ground up, selling innovative workflows for NGS based proteomics workflows.

Our client is an established market leader, launching an innovative platform for NGS-based multiprotein analyte analysis. We are seeking experienced life science sales professionals with knowledge of proteomics, multi‑omics and/or spatial biology. As the first individual contributor to sell this technology, you will play a critical role in the launch and success of the platform, with huge opportunity for growth as the team expands!

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plan to successfully achieve territory sales quotas
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline from the ground up
  • Establish relationships with KOLs and early adopters to build market momentum
  • Present technical product presentations and represent company at trade shows
Qualifications
  • 5+ years technical sales experience in life sciences/drug discovery, with proven track record of performance
  • Experience selling workflows involving multi‑omics, proteomics or spatial biology
  • Knowledge of protein biology, biomarker discovery, and translational research workflows
  • Strong hunting/prospecting/business development skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport and strong customer relationships within regional pharma, biotech and CRO companies
  • Strategic territory management skills; proficiency with SFDC forecasting and pipeline management
  • Prior experience in startup environment and/or launching new products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with wide audience from lab technicians to CSOs
  • Self‑motivated, solid work ethic and achievement driven personality
