• Achieve sales targets and store KPIs while upholding Zimmermann’s brand standards, including store presentation, stock and inventory management
• Provide exemplary client service aligned with the brand’s global vision
• Acquire and grow the Zimmermann client database through professional client relationships
• Maintain a high standard of visual presentation reflecting brand directives
• Understand company policies and procedures relating to store operations, stock and loss prevention
• Engage in team training and development initiatives including product and brand knowledge, sustainability, diversity and Work Health Safety
