SalesTour Guide What you'll do
Sell face-to‑face to customers that are brought in through our Marketing Department. There is no cold‑calling or out‑of‑pocket expense required. Your role is to share the excitement of Travel + Leisure’s products, explain our offerings, and close sales by turning prospects into vacation owners.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a CA Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire.
- Experience in real estate, mortgage brokerage, hospitality, customer service, sales, business development, or related fields is a plus.

CompensationDuring the initial training period, the hourly wage is $19.61 plus commissions and bonuses. After training, compensation is the state’s minimum wage per hour plus commissions and bonuses.
