We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering tailored solutions that help clients achieve their business objectives.

The ideal candidate is skilled in prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation and onboarding to ongoing account management and retention.

This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hub Spot
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and respond to RFPs when required
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hub Spot
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
