Overview
This role manages the entire admissions process for a campus, ensuring families experience a high‑trust, selective enrollment process that aligns with the Alpha model. The focus is on quality alignment rather than headcount maximization.
Responsibilities- Take full ownership of the enrollment process for prospective families, beginning with initial contact and continuing through onboarding.
- Facilitate needs‑assessment discussions to evaluate fit before offering solutions or advising next steps.
- Oversee 20+ concurrent family relationships across various stages of enrollment, with transparent tracking of status and follow‑up actions.
- Guide campus tours, shadow visits, and enrollment conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the families best suited to the model.
- Maintain CRM and enrollment systems (Hub Spot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.
- Employing transactional or aggressive sales methods.
- Admitting families who do not align with the model simply to meet enrollment targets.
- Overseeing a large team or operating within complex approval hierarchies.
- Distributing responsibility for the family experience across multiple team members.
- Working from a remote location; this position is campus‑based.
- 3+ years providing premium, individualized service where excellence directly influences brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium memberships, or owner‑operated services).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at varying stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization system.
- Ability to share specific examples of consultative decision‑making, including advising against an offering when it was not appropriate.
- Professional written communication experience with senior executives, high‑net‑worth clients, or discerning audiences.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to Marin County, CA;
Palo Alto, CA;
Piedmont, CA; or San Francisco, CA. - Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Experience in admissions for selective private schools or enrollment for competitive programs.
- Background in luxury hospitality, VIP guest relations, or executive support functions.
- Experience developing or improving enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
- Proficiency using data and CRM tools to enhance conversion quality, not merely conversion speed.
This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) position with compensation of $125 USD/hour, equivalent to $250,000 USD per year based on 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly. The role requires an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
