About the TeamOpenAI’s Enterprise Go‑To‑Market organization helps the world’s largest companies adopt and scale our AI platform across their business—from ChatGPT Enterprise to our developer platform and APIs. We partner with organizations across Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Retail in LATAM to build new AI‑powered customer experiences and transform operations.
About the RoleThis role is designed as a launchpad for future enterprise sellers is highly strategic with significant exposure to enterprise sales, product, and customer strategy. You will develop core skills in discovery, stakeholder mapping, deal shaping, and executive communication while building a deep understanding of how leading companies adopt AI.
This role is based in San Francisco. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In this role, you will:- Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi‑threading, and deal progression
- Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context, stakeholder mapping, and product signal to break into priority accounts
- Lead high‑quality discovery to uncover business priorities, map stakeholders, and assess enterprise readiness
- Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and early competitive signals
- Build and iterate on AI‑enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/agents) to scale prospecting and qualification
- Have business‑level fluency in Portuguese
- Have 4+ years of relevant experience in enterprise SaaS sales
- Have a track record of consistently hitting and exceeding ambitious targets in enterprise or strategic sales environments
- Have experience selling into regulated or complex industries (Financial Services, Life Sciences, Retail)
- Have strong communication skills and executive presence; able to build credibility with senior C‑Suite stakeholders across an organization, and speak fluently with technical buyers
- Have a strong interest in the AI landscape with the ability to connect OpenAI products to real customer value and business outcomes
- You enjoy evangelizing new technology and helping the market understand what’s possible
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity, moving quickly, and operating well with a high degree of ownership
$144 K – $160 K + equity
