- 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- 5 years of experience working with or supporting advertising products like Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Mobile), Google Analytics, with in-depth knowledge of various online advertising models (Search, Display, Shopping, Mobile, Video etc).
- 4 years of experience managing digital marketing/advertising campaigns, and managing relationships with clients, customers, or agencies.
- 3 years of project management experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role without direct reports or 1 year of experience in a people management or team leader role.
- Advanced product knowledge of Google’s Shopping products and offerings.
- Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and KPIs, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
- Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
- Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, handle objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth targets.
- Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and deliver measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
- Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
US: $124,000 - $181,000 (USD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits
