Account Executive - Outside Sales

Base Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 + Commission

We are seeking a driven Account Executive to join a growing sales team in the San Francisco market. This is a high-priority, high-impact role focused on expanding market presence, developing new business, and building long-term customer relationships.
This position is ideal for a true hunter
—someone who thrives in prospecting, generating leads, opening doors, and managing a sales pipeline from initial outreach through close.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow business within the San Francisco territory
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Conduct client meetings to understand operational needs and identify tailored solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, engineering, and service teams to support customer needs
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM documentation
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets
- 5+ years of outside sales / business development experience
- Proven success in new business development and prospecting
- Strong hunter mentality with confidence in generating leads and securing appointments
- Experience working in a quota-driven sales environment
- Ability to speak to performance metrics, sales achievements, and pipeline management
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Confident, professional, and coachable with a collaborative mindset
- Experience selling technical, infrastructure, telecommunications, wireless, or related solutions
- Exposure to industries supporting utilities, field operations, engineering, service teams, or distribution operations
- Ability to understand how operational teams connect with customer IT and technology environments
- Experience with Land Mobile Radio (LMR) solutions is a plus, but not required
- Brings strong prospecting discipline
- Knows how to build and manage a healthy pipeline
- Is highly organized and self-motivated
- Has stable tenure and demonstrates long-term commitment in prior roles
- Thrives in outside sales and enjoys winning new business
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $95,000
