WhatYou Will Do
- Take over founder-led sales and close high-impact enterprise deals with an annual contract value (ACV) of $80k-$120k+.
- Prospect for new business opportunities while also engaging with leads generated by the SDR team.
- Collaborate with the team to build out the sales playbook and establish a robust go-to-market motion from the ground up.
- Effectively translate complex AI product features into clear, compelling business value for non-technical stakeholders such as VPs of Call Centers.
- Drive sales initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating a high-ownership mindset.
- Potentially grow into a sales leadership role as the company expands and scales its operations.
- 2-6 years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing enterprise-level deals.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business settings.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- High level of motivation and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in building sales processes or playbooks from scratch.
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems to manage pipeline and customer relationships.
- Background in technology sales, particularly in software or AI-driven products.
