As a Wealth Solutions Sales Specialist in the Americas you will engage North American-based clients across our existing segment and actively hunt and grow new business to achieve revenue targets. You will work in collaboration with Account Managers to discover opportunities to deliver the full suite of LSEG products, with primary responsibility for front-office workflow (desktop) solutions. You will lead engagements aligned to Wealth Management clients within your defined territory and work in close partnership with internal partners to proactively drive sales and revenue.

The Wealth business at LSEG offers a range of solutions across the wealth management spectrum. We power 4,000 firms, serve 180,000 advisors, connect 5 million investors, and process 35 million transactions per day, highlighting our global reach and impact.
This role will report to the Director of Wealth Solutions Sales in the Americas, and will be part of the broader team committed to engaging customers and helping to deliver the full value proposition of the London Stock Exchange Group.
Role Responsibilities- Structure, negotiate and close deals. Excel in advancing opportunities through sales stages; exceed close rate expectations by anticipating obstacles and late-stage delays, preventing them from disrupting sales. Manage administrative requests such as proposals, benchmark calculators and Salesforce-related tasks to progress against sales goals efficiently.
- Build and develop strong internal relationships with Account Managers and other key partners.
- Develop the territory sales strategy to identify sales opportunities and achieve sales targets. Seek new business or new product sales through new account acquisition and/or penetration of new buyer hubs and deliver against target in assigned territory.
- Conduct high-efficiency, high-output prospecting; collaborate effectively with lead generation, account management, and other colleagues ensuring constant coverage of expansion opportunities and participation in the customer life‑cycle framework.
- Provide Wealth insights and share Refinitiv/LSEG thought leadership with customers. Inspire confidence through domain expertise. Integrate knowledge of industry trends and personal experience to deliver value to customers. Build value connections within the client organization, demonstrating a network to facilitate introductions and unlock previously inaccessible opportunities.
- Deliver customer demonstrations on Wealth products to customers and prospects. Proactively think through customer workflows and how they can be impacted as a basis for solutions selling and cross‑business deal making to enhance contract value.
- 5+ years of industry, sales, or market experience selling desktop/fintech solutions.
- Proven track record in a quota‑bearing sales environment.
- Deep understanding of financial markets and a strong understanding of customers’ business models and workflows.
- Strong sales closer with world‑class, consultative selling and relationship skills.
- Creative thinker and good sales ideation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills (verbal & written).

Senior Associate
Compensation & BenefitsLSEG is committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $84,700 - $141,300, varying by geographic location, city, and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for a variable incentive compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job‑related knowledge, skills, and equivalent experience.
