An AI-native platform transforming home health care. Home health clinicians are burdened by legacy software that forces them to spend hours a day on documentation, driving burnout and staffing shortages across the industry. The company's flagship product lets clinicians complete OASIS assessments and routine documentation in minutes instead of hours, and is already deployed across 300+ home health agencies serving tens of thousands of patients daily — making it the most widely adopted AI documentation tool in the space.
Founded in 2023 by AI researchers with backgrounds from Cornell University and Amazon Alexa, the company grew from zero to $1M ARR in its first year and from $1M to $4M ARR in its second, with plans to triple that this year. It's backed by top-tier venture capital and is now building an all-in-one AI-native platform layer to replace legacy systems entirely.
