WhatYou'll Do
- Help clients find the BMW that best fits their lifestyle and needs
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow‑up
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Become a trusted BMW product expert
- Deliver a premium purchase experience from first contact through vehicle delivery
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while contributing to a high‑performing team
- Previous sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience in luxury retail, real estate, hospitality, financial services, or other consultative sales environments is highly valued
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Competitive, self‑motivated, and coachable

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $48,200.00–$. This is a performance‑driven position, eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, including commission on individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability. The actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
