Business Development Representative

Salary: $75K to $100K + Meaningful Equity + Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite (5 days/week)

Requirements: 1+ year outbound sales, CRM proficiency, SMB/hospitality experience preferred

Our platform gives independent venues modern, user-friendly event management tools at an affordable price, leveling the playing field with large chains. We are also expanding into a broader event services marketplace, connecting venues with DJs, florists, and other providers.

Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Business Development Representative experienced with:

• Outbound prospecting
• Building and optimizing sales processes
• Driving high-quality pipeline for Account Executives
• SMB and hospitality customers

Job Duties

• Use and improve the existing outbound playbook used by AEs
• Build the foundation of the BDR function: list creation, outreach optimization, A/B testing, and script iteration
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and engineering
• Maintain organized and accurate data in Hub Spot
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment

What You Need for This Position

• 1+ year outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/outside sales), SMB or hospitality preferred
• Proven success hitting or exceeding targets
• Experience using AI tools to improve performance Proficiency with CRM systems such as Hub Spot or Salesforce
