As the founding US pipeline hire, you will spearhead Humaans' expansion from San Francisco, focusing on the agentic AI layer, Athena. You ll drive outbound strategies, engage HR and Finance leaders, and refine the US market playbook. Working closely with founders, you’ll convert high-quality opportunities into a foundation for international growth and success.

• Work at the cutting edge of Agentic AI with Athena, a differentiated platform backed by $20M from elite investors like Lachy Groom and the founders of Slack and Figma.

• Build a high-quality outbound pipeline by researching accounts deeply and designing creative, thoughtful outreach strategies for HR, Finance, and Transformation leaders.
• Experiment with messaging, positioning, and ICP hypotheses to identify what resonates in the US market, providing direct feedback to founders and product teams.
• Rigorously qualify opportunities and leverage AI tools as force multipliers for research and personalization to maximize conversion and sales productivity.

• Has 1-4 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or commercial role within the B2B SaaS space, demonstrating a proven track record of generating outbound pipeline.
• Possesses a true hunter mindset with high emotional resilience, curiosity about systems and automation, and a strong bias toward action in ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a desire to work in person in San Francisco to collaborate with a high-performing team.
