About The Role

We’re seeking a hungry, early-stage Founding BDR to build and own the outbound engine and eventually close deals as the team scales. This is an SDR-to-AE track role focused on mid-market and enterprise pipeline, with the opportunity to shape the sales motion and contribute to building a high-performing sales function from the ground up.

As an early business hire, you’ll collaborate with the founders to expand market reach, develop scalable sales processes, and contribute to a world-class sales team.

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
• Qualify prospects using consultative selling to advance opportunities
• Grow top of funnel via warm and cold outbound campaigns
• Test and iterate on experimental marketing and GTM motions
• Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline hygiene
• Progress into a closing AE role as the sales org matures

• 1-5 years of experience as a top-performing SDR/BDR and/or AE at a high-velocity startup or in finance
• Proven track record of meeting or beating quota and rapid progression in sales roles
• Strong history of successful cold outbound prospecting leading to high-quality opportunities
• Ability to qualify prospects through consultative selling and move opportunities toward close
• Willingness to transition into a closing AE role as ramp and playbooks mature
• Comfort thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with high clock speed and structured processes

• Salary: USD 110, per year
• Equity, commission, and early-stage upside (opportunity to participate in growth before Series A)
