Director, Global Strategic Partnerships

The Director of Global Strategic Partnerships will drive high‑level collaborations and partnerships with Bio Pharma customers Amgen, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Gilead, leveraging knowledge of the customer and the Danaher Life Sciences product portfolio to manage cross‑platform commercial penetration and generate incremental revenue opportunities.

The Director will elevate Danaher LS’s position in the account by influencing C‑suite and other essential decision makers and own the account strategy.

• Build and develop strong customer partnerships by articulating Danaher LS’s value proposition, orchestrating C‑suite, Senior Leadership meetings, on‑site strategy visits, and technical seminars.
• Design and own account strategy, working collaboratively with Commercial Marketing, BU, Sales and Distribution partners to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans that achieve defined goals.
• Articulate Danaher LS’s value proposition to OpCo senior leaders seeking partners in the Biologics space.
• Build and manage the funnel routinely, communicating status to leadership during report outs and operating company discussions.
• Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top‑line revenue growth, developing a strong understanding of the Danaher LS portfolio and local consortium purchasing to support strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science‑related field.
• 5 years’ experience selling into large Bio Pharma.
• 7+ years of commercial experience at a Life Sciences company or closely related industry.
• 2 years’ success selling to VP and C‑suite Account Leaders.
• Must reside in Northern California or be willing to relocate.

• Ability to travel up to 30‑50%.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Danaher offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. The salary range for this role is $150,000-$185,000, with additional commission and incentive pay, bringing the total compensation target to $250,000-$285,000 annually.
