Adaptional is building AI for insurance. You will be the first business hire, working directly with the CEO to scale enterprise sales and convert pipeline into revenue. You will own customer implementations end-to-end and build the commercial machine from scratch.
This is a builder role with no playbook, no ops team, and no one to delegate to yet. You will run carrier pitches, onboard customers, stand up CRM, write the first success playbook, and then recruit the initial teams to scale functions
