What You'll Own

We're looking for builders who care about craft and love partnering across product, design, and go-to-market to ship quickly.

• Develop strategic plans with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and emerging agents
• Negotiate commercial agreements and data-sharing frameworks
• Coordinate co-marketing and launch programs that drive net-new revenue
• Report partner performance, risks, and pipeline to GTM and leadership
• Ensure joint success criteria are tracked and met across launches

• Quarterly sourced revenue contribution exceeds 30% of new ARR
• Partner onboarding lifecycle time decreases by 25% within first year
• Joint solutions generate average deal sizes 20% above direct motion
• Partner NPS remains above 50 with executive QBRs held quarterly

• 7+ years managing strategic alliances or BD in SaaS or agent infrastructure
• Track record negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Comfort operating in highly technical conversations with product and engineering
• Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to travel to partner sites ~20% of the time

• Experience with marketplaces, gig economy, or logistics platforms
• Built partner playbooks at early-stage startups
• MBA or equivalent experience in finance/strategy
