Glean is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to build and manage strategic partners to expand Glean’s customer reach in the West Region. This role partners with sales segment teams to drive meaningful revenue impact—in a hands-on, results-oriented position.
You will recruit and enable SI/VAR partners, align partners to territories, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to scale partner programs. Occasional travel to partners and events is expected.
