Now we need to scale to 10,000 loads a day / $10mn ARR. To get there we need someone to own the customer post-sale — turning every new logo into a reference account and driving daily usage into the tens of thousands of loads.

• Own onboarding for every new logistics customer — get them from signed contract to loads booked by our AI in days, not months
• Drive daily active usage: number of loads run through Lanesurf per customer, per week
• Own renewals and expansion — grow accounts from a single lane or brokerage to their full freight footprint
• Be the voice of the customer inside Lanesurf. Feed real usage patterns, edge cases, and objections back to product and engineering every day
• Build the CS playbook from scratch — onboarding, health scoring, QBRs, escalation — so the next 10 hires can run it
