Field Sales Representative

XDS Bicycles seeks a Field Sales Representative to build XDS presence in North America, focusing on opening new dealer accounts across a defined territory in California, Oregon, and Washington. The role is hands‑on and field‑based; the candidate will spend most days out in the market, walking into bike shops, engaging with shop owners and managers, and building face‑to‑face relationships.

• Visit bike shops regularly to introduce XDS, open new accounts, and grow relationships.
• Prospect in person within the territory, including cold walk‑ins.
• Take deals from first conversation through initial order.
• Train shop staff on product and positioning.
• Keep a pulse on competitors, pricing, and local market dynamics.
• Represent XDS in a professional, consistent manner.

• Experience in the cycling industry and with bicycle shops (mandatory).
• 5+ years of sales experience built on relationships, not just inbound leads.
• Ability to build interest and convert into sales.
• Comfort and flexibility with traveling, opening doors, and starting conversations in person.
• Strong organization and follow‑up skills.
• Background or interest in cycling or performance sports.
