Role & responsibilities
- 1. Achieve targeted sales volumes within the assigned territory by implementing effective sales strategies.
- 2. Develop detailed monthly and quarterly sales plans for the territory, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- 3. Facilitate timely payment collections in accordance with company policies.
- 4. Manage project sales pipelines directly or through contractors and dealers.
- 5. Recruit, train, and motivate contractors, as well as expand and manage the dealer network.
- 6. Organize product awareness events and promotional activities for dealers, contractors, and painters.
- 7. Coordinate with Depots/C&FAs to ensure order fulfillment and timely service delivery.
- 8. Provide regular MIS reports and monitor competitor activities.
- Bachelors Degree in Any Field
