Job Summary:
As a Sales Account Executive at Tuvis, you will drive business expansion across the entire US enterprise market. You will own the full sales cycle, from qualified inbound/outbound opportunities to closing mid-market and enterprise deals in the messaging governance, security, and compliance sectors. We are looking for a driven, quota-carrying sales professional who combines strategic business vision with a genuine "roll up your sleeves" startup attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation:
Own and exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets by acquiring new enterprise clients in key sectors (Financial Services, Public Sector). - Full-Cycle Sales Management:
Manage complex sales cycles, from initial discovery and technical validation to commercial negotiation and closing. - Pipeline Building:
Partner with BDRs and growth teams while actively prospecting key accounts to build a robust sales pipeline. - Consultative Selling:
Conduct in-depth discovery to articulate Tuvis's ROI in solving messaging compliance, security, and CRM governance gaps. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure flawless deal execution and post-sale delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience:
3 to 5+ years of proven track record as an Account Executive closing B2B SaaS deals. - Industry Focus:
Prior experience selling Cybersecurity, GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance), CRM integrations, or enterprise SaaS solutions. - Sales Execution:
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments (CISO, CIO, Legal, Head of Sales) and manage deals with $30K to $100K+ ACV. - CRM Proficiency:
Advanced expertise in CRM management (Salesforce) and modern sales stacks (Outreach, Linked In Sales Navigator). - Travel Availability:
Willingness and ability to travel for key client meetings, enterprise contract negotiations, and industry events across the US.
