Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

Field Sales:
Conduct daily market visits to local optical stores and retail chains to pitch our high-margin product portfolio and drive order bookings.

Target Achievement:
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for your assigned territory while explaining our closeout business model to store owners.

Network Management:
Expand sales networks with independent retailers and distributors; collect precise order details and handle upfront payment terms upon delivery.

Operations Coordination:
Work closely with logistics and marketing teams to ensure stock availability; provide regular sales reports and competitor feedback.

Candidates from the leading eyewear companies like Luxottica, Safilo, Thelios, Derigo, Kering and Marchon & Marcolin will be preferred on priority . Need people from opticals industry.
