You will serve as the primary contact for families considering where to begin their child's educational path. Each email you compose, event you arrange, and discussion you facilitate will influence whether a family selects Alpha. This position is intended for someone who prioritizes accuracy, timely responses, and authentic interpersonal engagement, and who recognizes that trust develops through careful execution.
Alpha is constructing one of the most ambitious educational models globally. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology‑enhanced instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and personnel. Admissions is where that vision becomes tangible. Families seek more than information. They seek clarity, assurance, and proof that Alpha differentiates itself in substantive ways.
In this capacity, you will oversee the complete journey for prospective families from initial inquiry onward. You will reply promptly and with care, coordinate campus visits and shadow experiences, sustain accurate applicant records, and counsel parents on how Alpha functions and whether it matches their objectives. This is a dynamic, on‑campus position in Palo Alto, CA and Piedmont (East Bay), CA and for someone capable of handling multiple responsibilities with precision and attention.
