We are growing our sales organization and looking for an ambitious Associate Account Executive (AE) who wants to build a career in technology and professional services sales while developing relationships across the Salesforce ecosystem.
This role is designed for someone ready to own a revenue number, develop a territory, build relationships with Salesforce Account Executives, and learn how to sell complex consulting and implementation services.
The RoleAs an Associate Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding Offprem's presence within an assigned territory and Salesforce ecosystem.
You will carry an annual sales quota
, measured against monthly sales goals throughout the year.
This is not an inside-sales-only position. Relationship building is a critical part of how Offprem goes to market. You will be expected to develop meaningful relationships with Salesforce sellers, customers, prospects, and internal Offprem teams.
The position must be geographically based in Chicago, San Francisco, or New York City
, with an expectation of working from or spending time in the local Salesforce office approximately 1–2 days per week to develop relationships, collaborate with Salesforce teams, and generate opportunities.
- Own an annual new-business sales quota with monthly performance targets.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of Salesforce consulting and implementation opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with Salesforce Account Executives, Regional Vice Presidents, Solution Engineers, and other members of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Spend approximately 1–2 days per week in the local Salesforce office developing relationships and supporting joint opportunities.
- Prospect into targeted accounts and identify organizations that could benefit from Offprem's Salesforce consulting services.
- Work alongside Salesforce sellers to identify, qualify, shape, and close implementation opportunities.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand a customer's business challenges, Salesforce strategy, timeline, and desired outcomes.
- Partner with Offprem Solution Architects and Delivery leaders to develop implementation approaches, estimates, proposals, and Statements of Work.
- Present Offprem's capabilities, approach, and value proposition to prospective customers.
- Manage opportunities from initial introduction through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and signature.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, forecast, and activity information within Salesforce.
- Develop account and territory plans that create repeatable pipeline rather than relying exclusively on inbound opportunities.
- Participate in Salesforce events, customer meetings, industry events, dinners, and other field activities within the assigned market.
- Develop the Salesforce product and industry knowledge necessary to become a trusted resource to both Salesforce sellers and prospective customers.
- Consistently demonstrate Offprem's values through integrity, collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to customer success.
