Average pay is $75,000–$85,000 annually, with top earners exceeding $100,000, and uncapped commissions. Hours are Monday–Friday 1:00 PM–9:30 PM Central Time, with one Saturday or Sunday every 4th week; base + uncapped commission, plus 401(k) and benefits.
