First Round is seeking an embedded founding BDR to generate and execute the first outbound motion across 3–5 portfolio companies. You’ll clarify ICPs, build target lists, and run multi-channel campaigns to book founder meetings, acting as the company’s early outbound engine.
You’ll work with top founders in SF and NYC, learn from seasoned GTM leadership, and have potential to move into founding GTM roles after 18 months in the role. Hybrid work with three on-site days per week.
