  • Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders and navigate complex healthcare buying processes.
  • Identify opportunities to expand adoption across departments, facilities, programs, and broader health systems.
  • Develop thoughtful account and territory strategies rather than relying exclusively on high-volume outbound activity.

  • Partner closely with company founders, customer success, and marketing in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Quickly learn the company's technology, clinical use cases, customers, and competitive positioning.

  • History of strong sales performance;
    President's Club, top-performer recognition, or consistent quota attainment is highly desirable.
  • Strong discovery, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can identify ways to expand relationships rather than simply execute a predefined sales process.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new prospecting, CRM, and AI-enabled sales tools.
  • Experience with Hub Spot or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Coachable, curious, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with significant autonomy.
