talentpluto is partnering with an early-stage AI infrastructure startup to hire an outbound SDR/BDR in San Francisco. This is the first dedicated outbound seat, with top-of-funnel priority and a direct line to revenue.
You will build the outbound motion from scratch—target lists, sequences, cadence, and qualification bars—working closely with product and compute leaders. The role is onsite in SF with compensation of $85K base and $140K OTE.
