Doss is seeking a Sales Development Manager in San Francisco to own the SDR function, lead eight SDRs today, and scale the team. You will drive top-of-funnel growth, inbound and outbound opportunities, and build a strong pipeline while mentoring SDRs toward closing roles.
You will report to the Head of Growth and collaborate across sales, product marketing, and Rev Ops to create a high-performance GTM engine and scalable outbound plays.
