At the company, the partnerships team prides themselves on being marketing and product experts. As a Mid
- Enterprise Partner Manager, you'll play a foundational role in building out the company's hospitality partnerships vertical from the ground up in this builder's role. You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and building long term, deep, mutually-beneficial relationships with the company's hospitality partners, including hotel groups, restaurant and food & beverage brands, and the technology/agency partners that serve them. You will leverage strong consultative skills to understand your partners' business model and growth strategy so that you can identify ways the company can help them (and their guests/clients) grow.

In this role you are responsible for developing and managing relationships with the company's hospitality partners — many of which you'll be identifying and bringing into the ecosystem yourself — articulating the value of the company, differentiating the company from other solutions, managing business development opportunities (and co-selling) to/from your partners, driving co-marketing alongside the ecosystem marketing team, acting as a thought leader in the hospitality space, and coaching your partners on how to grow their business, including their profitability, with the company.

How

you'll make a difference:
  • Identify, recruit, and develop new hospitality partners, building trusted advisor relationships with key leaders & decision makers at these orgs + building relationships with those managing front line teams working with the company.
  • Develop technical knowledge of the the company product and understand how your hospitality partners can take advanced use cases (guest engagement, loyalty, personalization) to market, while driving value back to their business.
  • Build and manage a lead referral pipeline with your partner portfolio.
  • Work to understand a partner's organization structure and business goals.
  • Develop a long-term strategy with your partner to help them meet their business goals alongside the company.
  • Act as a consultant to help our partners build or optimize their offerings around the company.
  • Become a product expert on the company and adept at presenting how the company services and software can help a hospitality partner improve their business.
  • Be comfortable operating with and exceeding revenue-focused goals.
  • Bring your creative thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance the company's values, build our culture, and execute on our vision for the future.
  • Have an opportunity to own projects and collaborate with a highly driven team to create new partner enablement and process.
  • Drive co-marketing with our hospitality partners.
  • Travel: up to 25%, to meet and develop relationships with our hospitality partners / industry events.
Who you are:
  • Are adept at influencing and relationship building.
  • Have partnerships, sales, or account management experience within the hotel, restaurant, or broader hospitality/food & beverage industry.
  • Have largely worked on accounts in the SMB/MM/Enterprise customer segment within hospitality and can thoughtfully reference those experiences and relationships.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building something new — comfortable operating without an established playbook, partner list, or internal precedent to lean on.
  • Learning about a new product offering excites you!
  • Comfortable presenting product led discussions and demo'ing the the company product to your partner network.
  • Are thoughtful, engaging, and energetic.
  • Obsessed with understanding your customer or partner.
