We are looking for a highly driven Sales Director to spearhead new logo acquisition across the Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, and Consumer Services sectors. In this role, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle, driving growth through direct prospecting and strategic co-selling motions with leading hyperscalers and ISV partners (Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Snowflake, SAP, Boomi, Workato, Databricks).

Key Responsibilities- Identify, target, and acquire high-potential new enterprise clients within Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, and Consumer Services.
- Own and execute the complete sales process from pipeline generation and initial outreach to deal structuring, contract negotiation, and closure.
- Drive joint Go-To-Market (GTM) sales motions by collaborating closely with leading ISV partners and hyperscalers to unlock upsell and co-sell opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to C-level executives, understanding their deepest business challenges and aligning our solutions to their needs.
- Partner with internal marketing, pre-sales, and global delivery teams to craft winning themes and value propositions for the sales cycle.
- Apply data-driven insights and rigorous financial analysis to optimize pipeline status, revenue forecasting, and overall sales strategy.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market shifts to continuously refine our offerings.
- 10+ years of high-performance B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years strictly focused on new business development (hunting) within Technology Services / IT Consulting
. - A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets through new logo acquisition.
- Deep expertise in at least two to three of the following domains:
Cloud/SaaS Applications, IT Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, or Managed Services. - Strong domain knowledge in emerging tech, specifically AI-led services, CXM, or Advanced Analytics.
- Exceptional executive presence, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder maps.
- A results-oriented mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and comfort collaborating with distributed global teams.
- Proficiency in modern CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales intelligence tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (an MBA is highly preferred).
