- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience in retail or a related sector.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.
- Experience managing a complex business with a global footprint and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Understanding across a broad range of Google Ad products across Search, App, You Tube, Display, and Google Marketing Platform.
- Ability to promote/propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers.
- Ability to take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and remain flexible, curious, and resilient.
- Proven ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $138000 - $200000 (USD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Manage the global partnership with a global client across external stakeholders and various Google teams, acting as the central point of contact.
- Leverage an internal network to bring Google solutions to the client partnership across the globe.
- Develop and execute global plans and agreements across various markets.
- Design and pitch data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and storytelling to secure investment and exceed business goals.
- Demonstrate Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives, sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.
