Job Description
The role
As a Key Account Manager in our Category-Sub Category Team, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with our valued sellers. You will play a pivotal role in resolving seller issues, promoting our programs and solutions, and ensuring that sellers optimize their performance on our platform. This role reports into the Category Manager.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities Solutions Architect- Act as the primary point of contact for sellers to address any concerns related to programs, sponsored solutions, campaigns, or logistics; among others.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find effective solutions to seller issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor seller performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and compliance with platform policies.
- Identify areas of improvement and work closely with sellers to develop action plans for growth.
- Conduct regular in-person visits to seller locations to strengthen relationships and gain insights into their operations.
- Gather feedback, understand challenges, and provide on-site support to improve seller experience.
- Present and promote our platform's various features, programs, and solutions to sellers.
- Tailor pitches to the unique needs and goals of each seller, driving adoption and engagement.
- Provide training and guidance to sellers on platform tools, best practices, and strategies to enhance their performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management
- Can easily build rapport and relationship to assigned Key Accounts in the sub-category
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel for on-site seller visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace dynamics (preferred).
