Senior Analyst, Key Account Management-Fashion

Job Description

• 1、Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts under Fashion, ensure they are growing in the same direction of the related category, build new/potential sellers to become bigger and stronger within category.
• 2、Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• 3、Proactively identify new business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and implement strategies to increase market share.
• 4、Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless account management and delivery of exceptional customer experience.
• 5、Negotiate contracts, manage contract renewals, and drive sales targets, achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals.
• 6、Monitor account performance, provide regular reports, and recommend improvements to optimize account profitability.
• 7、Other tasks/projects/initiatives assigned by Category Manager.

• 1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2、More than 2-3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• 3、Good understanding of the e-commerce market and experience working with mass sellers and brands.
• 4、Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• 5、Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence sellers.
• 6、Good analytical skills to interpret market trends, sales data, and customer behavior for informed decision-making.
• 7、Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
