We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Rolex Advisor to join our new, growing team in Union Square. As a Rolex Advisor, you will represent one of the most prestigious brands in the watch industry and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our community.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service and expert product knowledge.
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect Rolex timepiece to match their style and preferences.
• Educate customers on the craftsmanship, history, and technical aspects of Rolex watches.
• Conduct presentations and share insights into the unique features and benefits of Rolex timepieces.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and brand updates to enhance your expertise.

• Previous experience in luxury retail is ideal, preferably within the watch or jewelry industry, but not necessary
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for luxury watches and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
